De vertaling van mijn gevoel van schoonheid ligt voornamelijk in het behoedzaam en toch gedurfd weergeven van contrasten.

De impressie kan hierdoor waanzinnig zijn. En dát is precies wat ik in mijn schilderijen wil zien.

Emoties die vooral door de juiste weergave van de ogen en houding voelbaar zijn. Derhalve zullen mijn schilderijen uiteindelijk

nimmer slechts een doek zijn met verf maar altijd een doek met een verhaal.

En het verhaal zal voor een ieder anders zijn.
